These terms govern your use of DriverYield during public beta. By using the site or app, you agree to these terms.

Informational Estimates Only

DriverYield provides general informational estimates. Keep, sell, or trade recommendations are not financial advice, legal advice, insurance advice, dealer offers, or guarantees. Actual values, repair costs, insurance rates, and market conditions can differ materially.

Public Data And Automation

DriverYield may use public vehicle data, fuel economy data, ZIP-region fuel estimates, and automated decision rules to prefill parts of the calculator and generate decision guidance. These outputs can be incomplete, stale, or wrong, especially when public data sources are unavailable or a vehicle trim is selected incorrectly.

Marketplace Links

DriverYield may link to third-party vehicle marketplaces so you can compare the estimate against real inventory. DriverYield does not control those listings, prices, vehicle history reports, seller claims, fees, availability, or third-party terms.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying vehicle values, loan balances, repair quotes, dealer offers, taxes, and insurance rates before making a purchase, sale, repair, or trade decision.

Beta Availability

The beta may contain errors, unavailable features, changing data models, or interrupted access. We may change or discontinue beta features at any time.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit false or harmful data, or reverse engineer private systems.

Limitation of Liability

DriverYield is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DriverYield is not liable for decisions made based on estimates shown by the product.
